  為了延長機(jī)器的使用壽命，保證機(jī)器能順利工作，正確地維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)機(jī)器是至關(guān)重要的。

  1操作者應(yīng)定期檢查機(jī)器的各部件是否正常，各油孔是否有堵塞現(xiàn)象，并應(yīng)及時排除故障。

  2應(yīng)于各銅套、活動面經(jīng)常加注潤滑油，使機(jī)器保持良好的潤滑狀態(tài)。

  3切刀要保持鋒利，用鈍刀裁切即要縮短機(jī)器的使用壽命又不能裁出理想的成品。

  4工作臺上不要放扳手、螺絲刀等硬物，要經(jīng)常擦拭機(jī)器使機(jī)器保持清潔、干凈。

  3.機(jī)臺的軸，每月加注潤滑油一次

  4.非本機(jī)操作人員禁止操作本機(jī)。
